  1. Go to the reset password page
  2. Type in your email, select Reset via Email
  3. Click on the link in the password reset email that you receive
  4. Pick and enter a new password

You can safely ignore the 404 error.

The Bureau of Engineering (BOE) has a new online Customer Service Request (CSR) application to receive all inquiries and requests that do not already have an avenue for submission in other BOE web applications. These include requests for clearances related to City Planning or  LADBS building permits. 

The CSR application, and all other BOE applications, are accessible through our online portal, which can be found at http://engpermits.lacity.org/.

The normal response time for CSR requests is one to three days, with a maximum of about a week during unusual periods.  Requests are taken in the order received and are monitored closely to ensure that all are responded to.  You will be notified by email when there is a response and can log in any time to check the status.  In order to serve you better, requests and questions are no longer accepted via phone or email.

The City of Los Angeles has implemented a centralized appointment system to assist city constituents with Development Services related matters. This appointment system will enable our customers to schedule virtual or in-person appointments, to help resolve complex issues for the departments and services listed in the table when further assistance is necessary. The services currently available for appointment bookings are being phased in gradually to provide an optimal customer experience and are identified by green check marks. We will continue to offer the primary means to complete these virtual services without need for appointment as also shown in the table.

If you previously had an account with the Online Application Portal, you will be able to link your existing Online Application Portal account after you register/login to your Angeleno Account. For issues related to linking your Angeleno Account with existing Online Application Portal account, please email planning.oas-angeleno@lacity.org   and include the Project Owner’s email and/or Primary Project Address.
